Discounts

Most of our products are available in larger quantities at considerable discounts. We will gladly quote special prices for bulk or standing orders. Please call BIOCOM biotech for specific discounts.

Shipping info

Most products are shipped with "blue ice" packs in insulated containers. There is a small charge for this packaging and for the shipping costs via Federal Express or UPS. Please ask about estimated shipping charges when you order.

Storage

Storage conditions for all of our products are indicated on the products, the product data sheet and/or the kit insert. Some products components require separate storage temperatures. Storage conditions for components must be maintained.

Warranty

BIOCOM biotech warrants that at the time of shipment this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

BIOCOM biotech must be notified of any breach of this warranty within 48 hours of receipt of the product. No claim shall be honored if BIOCOM biotech is not notified within this time period, or if the product has been stored in any way other than outlined in this publication. The sole and exclusive remedy of the customer for any liability based upon this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product, or refund of the invoice price of the goods.

We will only accept returns after we have given prior authorization and issued specific shipping instructions.
